Reservation and Cancellation Terms

1. All confirmed reservations require payment of 100% of the total reservation amount 48 hours before the arrival date.
2. Any confirmed reservation, which is canceled for any reason, with less than 48 hours notice, will have a charge of the equivalent of one night's lodging, for each room reserved. Whatever the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen events or force majeure, refunds will not apply, but date rescheduling will apply, which will be subject to availability.
3. All Reservation Requests or Cancellations must be requested by email.: [email protected].
4. Children occupying their parents' rooms under 5 years old are not charged, from 5 to 11 years old, they pay $6.00 for breakfast. Ages 12 and up pay as an adult. (Maximum 2 children per room).
5. To guarantee the blocking of rooms that were reserved a long time in advance, we require that the client agree to reconfirm their reservation 30 days before the arrival date, otherwise, the reservations will be removed.
6. Our services can be paid in cash, credit card or bank transfer to Banpro – Grupo Promerica account in dollars #10013510002825 of La Gran Francia S.A. In the case of a check, your funds must be confirmed 72 hours before the reservation date.
7. All these terms are practically understood and accepted by the client from the moment of their reservation. La Gran Francia reserves the right to make any changes to our prices or policies and apply restrictions, without prior notice.
